Take part in our great Amazon gift certificate giveaway!

To celebrate the launch of Sophie King's fabulous novel Love is a Secret we have a special giveaway for readers.

To be in with a chance to win a £10 Amazon email gift certificate (or $15 for US residents), read more about Love is a Secret below and then answer the giveaway question at the bottom of the post.

Previously published as Mums@Home, Sophie King's much loved novel has a new title for this updated 2013 edition.

Love is a Secret: Sophie King brings us another heart-warming and witty romance. Four very different people meet online through What Mums Know, a new website for mums. But none of them is quite who they seem. Little do they realise that when they start to share relationship and parenting secrets, their lives will never be the same again.

Caroline is finding it difficult to trust her husband Roger. Can a marriage really survive an affair? Then a chance meeting makes her wonder if it's time for a fresh start....

Susan is struggling to bring up her disabled daughter Tabitha on her own, and dreams of a better life for them both. But just when it seems things can't get any worse, a knock at the door changes everything.

Mark is learning how to be a single dad while his wife Hilary is away. But as he wrestles with the secrets he is keeping from his family, he's blissfully unaware of the secrets they're keeping from him.

Lisa is looking forward to the birth of her child. Will a new baby help her get over the past? Whatever that is...

Sometimes you have to keep a secret from the one you love - and sometimes you have to keep the one you love a secret. Love is a Secret is available now.

Giveaway question: What are the names of the four main characters in Love is a Secret?

Please email your answer to sophieking(at)greatstorieswithheart.com

Peter Andre launches cancer foundation

Peter Andre has joined forces with Cancer Research UK to launch the Peter Andre Foundation, after losing his brother Andrew to the disease late last year.

The Foundation will raise vital funds to support Cancer Research UK’s ‘Cancer Awareness Roadshow’ which will bring important cancer information to people in their own communities.

The Roadshow will invite the public to speak to Cancer Research UK’s trained cancer awareness nurses about prevention, screening and how to spot cancer early. Visitors will also be provided with information about health services in their local area and how to reduce their risk of the disease.

Peter Andre said: “Unfortunately I know how devastating cancer can be. I lost my brother Andrew to cancer last year and to see someone you love go through this awful disease is just heartbreaking. One in three of us will be affected by cancer at some point in our lives. But diagnosing and treating cancer at an earlier stage is one of the most promising areas that could improve cancer survival in the UK.

“So I’ve set up the Peter Andre Foundation to spread the word that people need to know and understand their own bodies. I want to encourage people to go their doctors and get checked if they see or feel anything that’s unusual for them. Thousands of people beat cancer every year and I want to do everything I can to help Cancer Research UK save more lives in the future.”

Every step Cancer Research UK makes towards beating cancer relies on every pound and every person. As a collective force, the charity has helped double cancer survival rates in the UK in the last 40 years. That’s why the Peter Andre Foundation has chosen to work with Cancer Research UK to support its pioneering, life saving work. The charity’s research is entirely funded by the public.
